At BizPoint Capital LLC (“BizPoint,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal and business information when you access or use our websites, applications, forms, APIs, and services (collectively, the “Services”).

1. Overview and Scope
This Privacy Policy describes BizPoint’s information practices and the choices that may be available concerning personal and business information (“Personal Information”).
This policy applies to information BizPoint handles in connection with its Services. The Services are intended for businesses and authorized business representatives. They are not intended for personal, family, or household borrowing.
BizPoint Capital LLC provides business-purpose funding directly to eligible businesses. BizPoint reviews submitted inquiries, makes funding decisions, disburses approved capital, and owns or services its funding agreements.
BizPoint does not submit business funding inquiries collected through this website to outside funders, investors, lead buyers, brokers, or referral partners for their independent marketing or promotional use.
Links within the Services may direct you to external websites. BizPoint does not control and is not responsible for the privacy, security, or information-handling practices of external websites. Review their policies before providing information.
2. Information We Collect

When you submit a business funding inquiry, apply for a service, communicate with us, or otherwise use the Services, we may collect:
- Your name, email address, telephone number, contact preferences, and business details;

- Identity-verification, underwriting, fraud-prevention, risk, security, and compliance information;
- Documents, financial records, or supporting materials you choose to provide; and
- Communications and other information you submit to us.
Participation in the Services is voluntary. However, providing complete and accurate information may be necessary for BizPoint to evaluate an inquiry, process an application, determine eligibility, administer a transaction, or provide requested Services.
2.2 Connected Services
If you choose to connect a third-party service, such as an accounting, banking, or financial-data platform, BizPoint and its contracted technology providers may access information from that service only as authorized by you and permitted by applicable terms and law.
2.3 Information Collected Automatically
We and our contracted service providers may automatically collect technical and usage information when you use the Services, including:
- IP address, device identifiers, operating system, and browser type;
- Pages visited, time spent on the website, referring pages, links clicked, and other interactions with the Services;
- Approximate location derived from an IP address or device settings where permitted; and
- Cookie, analytics, advertising-attribution, security, and fraud-prevention information.
2.4 SMS Consent and Messaging Records
If you voluntarily opt in to text messages, we may retain:
- Your telephone number;
- The date and time consent was provided;
- The form, webpage, or other method through which consent was provided;
- The consent language and linked policy versions presented at the time of consent;
- Your affirmative and optional consent selection;
- The related form-entry or submission identifier and IP address where lawfully collected;
- Message content and delivery information; and
- Opt-out, suppression, assistance, and communication-preference requests.
We use these records to document consent, manage communication preferences, prevent unauthorized messaging, respond to inquiries, maintain suppression records, and comply with applicable legal, carrier, and telecommunications requirements.
3. How We Use Your Information
3.1 Service Delivery and Improvement
We may use information to:
- Receive, process, evaluate, and administer business funding inquiries, applications, agreements, and transactions;
- Provide and manage accounts, where applicable;
- Verify information and conduct underwriting, risk, fraud-prevention, security, and compliance activities;
- Process approved transactions and related payments;
- Maintain, analyze, secure, and improve the Services; and
- Develop or improve BizPoint’s business-purpose funding services.
3.2 Administrative Tasks
We may use information to:
- Provide customer service and technical support;
- Communicate with you concerning a request, inquiry, application, agreement, account, or transaction;
- Conduct internal audits, quality assurance, security monitoring, recordkeeping, and compliance reviews;
- Enforce agreements and protect legal rights; and
- Comply with applicable legal, regulatory, licensing, reporting, and recordkeeping obligations.
3.3 Marketing and Personalization
Where permitted by law and consistent with your preferences, BizPoint may use information to provide relevant website content, recommend BizPoint products or services, conduct market analysis, or send marketing emails.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe method provided in the email.
Consent to receive SMS messages is separate from email marketing consent. The optional SMS consent collected through BizPoint’s business funding inquiry forms does not authorize cold outreach, promotional funding solicitations, FutureProspect re-engagement campaigns, or third-party loan marketing.
3.4 Aggregated and De-Identified Information
We may aggregate, anonymize, or de-identify information for analytics, benchmarking, security, research, product improvement, and other lawful business purposes when the information is not reasonably capable of identifying an individual.
3.5 Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We and our contracted providers may use cookies, pixels, web beacons, and similar technologies to operate and secure the Services, remember preferences, understand website usage, tailor experiences, measure advertising performance, attribute conversions, prevent fraud, and improve the Services.
You may be able to manage cookies and similar technologies through browser settings, consent-management tools, or industry opt-out mechanisms. Disabling certain technologies may affect the availability or operation of parts of the Services.
3.6 SMS Communications
Merely visiting the website, providing a telephone number, using the Services, or submitting a business funding inquiry does not constitute consent to receive text messages.
BizPoint sends text messages only after an individual affirmatively selects a separate, optional SMS consent checkbox that is unchecked by default or uses another documented opt-in method.
If enabled and approved for use, the BizPoint Capital Funding Inquiry Communications program is limited to non-marketing customer-care and transactional messages concerning the specific business funding inquiry submitted directly to BizPoint. Messages may include:
- Confirmation that an inquiry was received;
- Status updates concerning the submitted inquiry;
- Requests or reminders concerning information needed to process the inquiry;
- Appointment or telephone-call coordination; and
- Direct responses to questions from the applicant.
BizPoint does not use this SMS consent for cold outreach, general funding solicitations, promotional offers, advertisements for additional financing, FutureProspect marketing or re-engagement, third-party marketing, or third-party loan marketing.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out or HELP for assistance. You may also email info@bizpointcapital.com or call (786) 968-1796.
Consent to receive text messages is optional and is not a condition of submitting an inquiry, obtaining business funding, purchasing goods or services, or otherwise using the Services.
After a STOP request, BizPoint may send one non-promotional message confirming the opt-out. BizPoint will maintain the telephone number on its suppression records unless renewed consent is later provided or further communication is otherwise permitted by law.
SMS capabilities may not be active or available at all times. Providing optional SMS consent does not guarantee that text messages will be sent. BizPoint will not send automated SMS messages unless the applicable messaging program, use case, carrier registration, and internal compliance controls have been approved and activated.
